Kristen Brister Williams

Mrs. Kristen is widely recognized for her extraordinary gift in working with the youngest dancers. A Memphis native, she trained at NVS Dance—one of Tennessee’s top-ranked studios—and apprenticed with the Oakland Youth Ballet Company. Her passion for early childhood dance education emerged early in her career, and by 2008 she was named Director of Children’s Dance at House of Talent in Cordova, TN.
In 2010, she moved to Tuscaloosa to attend The University of Alabama and has been a vibrant part of the local arts scene ever since. In addition to her work in the classroom, Mrs. Kristen is nationally recognized for her expertise in studio administration and social media marketing—skills that she now brings to her role as Co-Director of 3D Dance.
In 2025, Mrs. Kristen was honored as the Druid City Arts Educator of the Year, a testament to her lasting contributions to the Tuscaloosa arts community. She also serves on the advisory board for Dance Alabama!, further connecting her to the next generation of collegiate performers and creators.
Mrs. Kristen is known for creating a fun, positive, and welcoming environment where even the tiniest dancers feel right at home. She is honored to help lead 3D Dance into the future and looks forward to continuing to share her love of the arts with your family.
